Allianz Malaysia celebrates 25 years of trust in 2026, all resolutions passed at 52nd AGM

KUALA LUMPUR, June 16 (Bernama) -- Allianz Malaysia Berhad (Allianz Malaysia) recently convened its 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), where the Group underscored its unwavering commitment to building trust and securing lives – a legacy that has guided the Group for 25 years and counting.

The AGM, chaired by Allianz Malaysia Chairman Zakri Mohd Khir alongside the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer Sean Wang as well as Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad Chief Executive Officer Giulio Slavich, highlighted the Group’s achievements over the past year and quarter of a century, as well as its vision for the future. Shareholders approved all of the Board of Directors’ proposals raised at the AGM.
