Abaxx Exchange Announces Yongan International Financial SG As New Clearing And Trading Member, Expanding Market Access Across Asia

TORONTO, June 25 (Bernama) -- Abaxx Technologies Inc. (TSX:ABXX)(OTCQX:ABXXF) (“Abaxx” or the “Company”), a financial software and market infrastructure company, majority shareholder of Abaxx Singapore Pte Ltd., the owner of Abaxx Commodity Exchange and Clearinghouse (individually, “Abaxx Exchange” and “Abaxx Clearing”), today announced that Yongan International Financial (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“Yongan International SG”) will offer clearing and trading access to clients on Abaxx Exchange beginning June 29, 2026.

Yongan International SG is a Singapore-based futures brokerage and a wholly owned subsidiary of Xin Yongan International Financial Holdings Ltd. in Hong Kong, which is a subsidiary of Yongan Futures Co. Ltd.
