Toshiba Launches Small 80V Electronic Fuse (eFuse IC) Suitable for 48V Power Line Protection in Industrial Equipment

KAWASAKI, Japan, Aug 20 (Bernama) -- Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation ("Toshiba") has added “TCKE1401NM,” an 80V-rated electronic fuse (eFuse IC), to its lineup of eFuse ICs with multiple built-in power line protection functions. Shipments start today.

The new product adopts the VQFN24D package, an industry-leading⁽¹⁾ small package for 80V-rated eFuse ICs, that contributes to improved safety in power line protection circuits and reduced PCB size for industrial equipment.
